Service and Support
Hallmarq has built up an excellent reputation for after-sales service and support: both technical and clinical.
We have engineers based in UK, Canada and USA who cover all our global sites.
All the scanners are linked to our main service desk via the internet allowing our engineers to monitor their function and status. We can dial-in direct to the scanners from our offices should any difficulties arise.
Using the internet our engineers check each machine daily via our ‘Mission Control’ display panel (on right) and can call our customers should there be any indication of a system being out of tune. This proactive approach reflects our long-term approach to customer support.
In addition to our technical support we recognise the importance of promoting the clinical use of MRI amongst vets. We run regular seminars for members of the ‘Hallmarq Community’. These seminars enable top equine vets from around the world who have an interest in MRI to meet and discuss cases and the latest techniques.
Operator training courses are also run to ensure our sites are making optimum use of the technology.
